Thoughts affect the view
Thoughts influence the view. This is what we left Dr. William Horatio Bates in his book "The Bates Method for Good See Without Glasses" (Ed. Astrolabe). As seen in the preceding thoughts wild and out of control need to be observed and tamed. But let's see what Bates writes in his book:
- The mental strain of any type always causes eyestrain conscious or unconscious.
- The health of the eye depends on the blood circulation is very largely influenced by thought. We can consciously make
- thoughts that will restore normal circulation and therefore help to correct refractive errors many other situations and abnormal eye.
- matter how hard we do, we can give ourselves a chance to see, but we can achieve this indirectly learning to control our thoughts .
- The origin of refractive errors is simply a thought - a thought wrong - which is fast disappearing as the thought that relaxes. In a split second you can fix the maximum degree of refraction.
- If relaxation is also only temporary fix is \u200b\u200btemporary. When it becomes permanent, so is the fix.
One more reason to look at and work on the flow of my thoughts.
