Master or shortness of breath
The individual has a duration of 16 heart beats (about 16 / 2) as follows:
- 7 heart beats (about 7 seconds) for the inhalation
- a beat heart (1 second), which holds its breath
- 7 heartbeats (about 7 seconds) to the exhalation
- a heartbeat (about 1 second), which holds its breath
Some traditions of this period has been the heartbeat of the planet Earth.
As you breathe in this way the eyes are fixed on the sun (before it reaches the noon or however far away from middle of the day), on the moon or a star, or anywhere. On a star is better because it will absorb the "radiation" emitted ... through the eyes.
If you want to absorb the electric fluid is best to turn toward the sun, but if you want to absorb magnetic fluid is best to turn to the moon.
The eyes are the mirror of the soul and therefore absorb and emit more radiation than "radiation". We should try to enact love, will and positive thoughts through our eyes.
